We are a monthly box subscription service. Currently we offer 4 different box options. KnifeBox is a new knife each month. CS:GOBox is a new Counter-Strike CS:GO inspired knife each month, such as a Karambit, Balisong, or a Fixed Blade. TacticalBox is a new knife kit each month that contains 5-6 items. We choose a new theme for each month's boxes. Monthly boxes will NEVER repeat. We offer Past Boxes for sale as a one time purchase under "Past Boxes". You MUST be at least 18 years old to purchase!
When will my box be shipping?
Each month we try to start shipping out boxes by the 15th and get all of the monthly boxes sent out by the 27th. For Past Boxes please allow 3-5 business days for your box to be shipped. Once your box has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
When is the monthly re-bill date? How can I cancel my subscription?
Our monthly re-bill date is the 5th of each month. You are able to cancel your subscription at anytime, simply login to your KnifeBox account and edit your subscription.
What are the best ways to contact customer support?

• Please contact us by email Support@KnifeBox.com if you have not received tracking information for your order by the 28th
• If your box's tracking information shows that the package never arrived to you, then you are able to seek a refund or a replacement for your box. Contact us.
• We can guarantee that you will never receive the same item twice from us. Unfortunately if you receive an item do you not like by personal preference then you are not able to return or exchange it.
• If you receive an item from us in your box that is broken or doesn't work properly, please contact us so we can send you a replacement!
