KnifeBox is our gold standard option. It gives you a brand new premium knife each month.
Gamers KnifeBox is our most in-demand option. It gives you a new video game inspired knife each month, such as a karambit, balisong, or a fixed blade.
SwordBox is our most unique option. It gives you a full-sized modern sword (and maybe a bonus or two) each month.
TacticalBox is our most elite option. It gives you a new tactical knife kit containing 5-6 premium items each month.
We choose a new theme for each month's boxes. Don’t worry, our monthly boxes will NEVER repeat. And if you’re late to the party, we offer our Past Boxes for sale as one-time purchases. Simply take a look under "Past Boxes" to check out our previous offerings.

Question: When will my box be shipping?
Answer: Each month we try to start shipping out boxes by the 15th and get all of the monthly boxes sent out by the 27th. For Past Boxes please allow 3-5 business days for your box to be shipped. Once your box has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Question: When is the monthly re-bill date? How can I cancel my subscription?
Answer: Our monthly re-bill date is the 5th of each month. You are able to cancel your subscription at anytime, simply login to your KnifeBox account and edit your subscription.
Question: What are the best ways to contact customer support?

If your box's tracking information shows that the package never arrived to you, then you are able to seek a refund or a replacement for your box. Contact us.
We can guarantee that you will never receive the same item twice from us. Unfortunately if you receive an item do you not like by personal preference then you are not able to return or exchange it.
If you receive an item from us in your box that is broken or doesn't work properly, please contact us so we can send you a replacement!
